I've been meaning to email you for months to thank you for doing such a great job inspecting my
home before I bought it. I've been watching a couple of TV shows which deal with home
conditions and home inspections ("Holmes on Homes" and "Holmes Inspection").
After seeing numerous episodes of each show and how sloppy many of the home inspectors
are in Canada, I can certainly say that you did a fantastic job. Things these inspectors missed
were things you pointed out to me and explained. And unlike the homeowners on these 2
shows, I have had NO SURPRISES from anything you missed.
I just wanted to let you know this and THANK YOU!

I have used Clay Collins for about 3 years now, after having tried various others, and have NOT
been disappointed at all. Clay holds a Professional Inspector license (the higher of the 2
licenses available from TREC). He is also a member of TARIE, a state association which has
tougher educational (MCE) requirements than those required by TREC. Clay's reports are
ALWAYS typed and include photos and an inventory of serial numbers & ages of appliances... I've
never seen this kind of detail anywhere else. Ya can't go wrong with this guy.
